Where you land depends on how many chairs you run and which modules you switch on. We quote it once we have seen the salon. There are no tiers you have to grow into, and setup is part of the conversation rather than a surprise line on the first invoice.

What is billed on use

Three things, all of which cost money the moment they reach a person. Nothing else changes with how much you use it: the modules, the reports, the staff logins and the support are the same in a busy month and a quiet one.

What a month actually looks like

Most of the bill is the plan. The rest depends on how much outreach you choose to do in a given month, and you decide that, campaign by campaign.

Why it is not ₹499

There are salon apps at a few hundred rupees a month, and for a salon that wants a diary and a printed bill they are a reasonable buy. What they price that way is a seat count. Here is what the gap actually is.

Both are honest prices for what they are. If what you want is the cheapest thing that keeps a diary and prints a bill, buy that one. We would rather say so here than three weeks into a trial.

What we never charge for

No commission on bookings or bills. Marketplace platforms commonly take a cut of the clients they introduce, every time that client returns. We charge a flat fee and take nothing per booking. Your customers, and their repeat revenue, are yours.

No per-user fee, no per-branch fee, no charge for support, and no charge for the modules you don't switch on.

Questions about the bill

Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp or through the demo form and we set Salonwise up for your salon with a standard menu of services you can change, send your login, and you use it free for 14 days before you decide. If you would like your own services, staff and customers moved in for you, ask and we do it. There is no free plan after that; the base plan starts at ₹5,999 a month.
What does getting started involve?
Before you go live we load your real service menu and prices, your staff and their roles, opening stock and your existing customer list, connect and verify your WhatsApp Business number with Meta, write the answers the AI assistant will give, and train the counter team. A salon that goes live with an empty menu abandons the software in a week, so this is done properly and it is part of the quote.
Is there a contract?
No lock-in, and billing is monthly. Your figures also reach you nightly without being asked for: the day on WhatsApp, and an email with a spreadsheet of every transaction behind it. A self-serve export of the whole history is not built yet; ask and we produce the files ourselves.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
No. All prices are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate.
Can the bill run away from me?
No. Nothing happens silently. If usage would push the bill past what you expect, activity pauses and we contact you before the spend happens. You decide whether to carry on that month.
Do I have to pay for AI calling?
No. It is metered per minute from the moment somebody picks up, so a month in which you start no calling list costs nothing for it. The base plan price does not include or assume any calling.
