AI calling
Every enquiry called back, in Hindi or English.
Give the agent a list of enquiries and press start. It calls each person, speaks Hindi or English, answers from your own menu and prices, and writes down what they said: interested or not, what they asked, and whether somebody should ring back.

TranscriptHindi, as spoken
An example call record on the demo salon. The English summary sits above the Hindi transcript.
- You start the list. From there it works through the whole list on its own, five minutes between calls, carrying on each morning until it is done.
- Hindi or English. It speaks the language the call needs, and the transcript keeps the words that were said.
- Answers from your salon. Your menu, your prices, your hours and the answers you write.
- Three attempts, then it stops. Somebody who does not pick up is not rung a fourth time.
- Only between 11am and 6pm. The rules allow 9am to 9pm; we keep it narrower on purpose, because your number is the one a complaint is scored against.
- Consent checked before every call. Every attempt is a row you can see, including one it refused to make and the reason.
Why not a telecaller
A person on the counter phone does this well when there is time. The enquiries that go cold are the ones that came in on a busy Saturday, when nobody had a free minute until Monday.
| A telecaller on the counter phone | Salonwise's agent | |
|---|---|---|
| Rings back an enquiry on a busy Saturday | If somebody is free | Yes |
| Writes down what was said | Sometimes, in a register | Every call, word for word |
| Stops after three tries | Up to whoever is calling | Always |
Straight answers
Does it really telephone people, or is it a chatbot?
It really telephones them. The agent dials out, speaks Hindi or English, answers what it is asked, and writes down what came back: whether they were interested, what they asked about, and whether somebody needs to ring them.
Who decides who it calls?
You do. Somebody at the salon gives it a list, such as the enquiries from a campaign or the numbers off an old register, and presses start. It never starts a list by itself.
When does it call, and how often?
Only between 11am and 6pm, narrower than the rules allow, with five minutes between calls. It carries on each morning until the list is done, and stops after three unanswered attempts rather than hounding anybody.
Does it need the customer's consent?
Yes. A list carries the consent wording its numbers were collected under, and consent is checked again before each call. Every attempt, including one it refused to make and why, is a row you can see.
What does it cost?
Calling is billed per minute from the moment somebody picks up, so a month in which you start no list costs nothing for it. It is not included in the base plan price.
What language are the transcripts in?
The language that was spoken, not a translation of it, with the agent's own summary in English above it.
Hear it call your own enquiries.
Twenty minutes, over a call or at your counter, with your own services loaded.
